The Inner Ring

A small-group space for embodied depth, pacing, and practice.

These virtual group sessions are designed for people who want to deepen their relationship to fisting through anatomy-informed understanding, self-awareness, and sustainable exploration.

This is not a performance space or a how-to class.

It’s a guided container for learning, reflection, and refinement.

Applications are required. Groups are intentionally capped.

Beginner Group

Describe your service here. What makes it great? Use short catchy text to tell people what you offer, and the benefits they will receive. A great description gets readers in the mood, and makes them more likely to go ahead and book.

Beginner Group

This group is for those who are newer to fisting, returning after a long pause, or looking to rebuild their practice with more intention and care.

The focus is on understanding your body, slowing the process down, and developing a grounded relationship to stretching and depth without pressure to “achieve” anything.

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Are early in your fisting journey or still building consistency

  • Feel unsure about pacing, readiness, or progression

  • Want anatomy-informed guidance without being overwhelmed

  • Are curious but cautious, and value safety over speed

Format

  • One live, facilitated virtual session

  • Small, capped group

  • Written questions and chat participation (no pressure to speak)

Investment: $85

Limited spots available.

Intermediate Group

This group is for those who already have a foundation and want to refine their practice with more nuance, awareness, and discernment.

Rather than focusing on size or milestones, this session explores how depth shows up differently over time, how to work with plateaus, and how to make informed adjustments based on your body’s feedback.

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience with larger toys or hands

  • Feel “stuck” or inconsistent in your progress

  • Want to better understand anatomy, depth, and readiness

  • Are looking to move with more precision instead of more force

Format

  • One live, facilitated virtual session

  • Smaller cap for deeper engagement

  • Guided discussion with optional written questions

Investment: $150
